Courts Are Still Opened

We are saddened by what is happening with COVID19. Our hearts go out to all families affected by it. We hope things return to normal as soon as possible. Meanwhile, contrary to rumors, COURTS ARE OPENED FOR BUSINESS, but the courthouse is closed. Attorneys file cases through a platform set up for that purpose, and they attend hearings via phone or streaming.  It's business as usual for us.

We do case intake online. There is no need for you to travel to our office for any reason, though you do have that option.

You can even get notarized online by an e-notary if coming to our office to get notarized is an issue for you. We are taking precautions. Our staff wears masks and gloves when meeting with clients. We have disposable pens for clients' use. Our business center requires everyone who enters to wear a mask.

This means we can file your case and your judge can decide on it without you ever leaving home.  Call us for details: 702-680-1780.

How to Annul a Marriage in Nevada:

1: Complete your Secure Annulment Form (safe server). The ready-to-sign documents will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

2: Once we receive the documents back from you and signed and notarized, your annulment will be filed and processed through the best jurisdiction of the Nevada Family Court System, according to Nevada annulment laws, as required for an annulment of marriage in Nevada.

When both parties sign and if the judge on the annulment case grants it, your annulment of marriage will finalize on average one to three weeks later. If only one party signs the documents, and Defendant does not file an Answer in court to contest the annulment after being served the annulment documents, your annulment of marriage will be granted in about 12-16 weeks. The exact length of time depends on whether the Defendant can be personally served or must be served by publication, and also the pace at which your judge reviews and grants an annulment of marriage

3: We e-mail the final Decree of Annulment to both parties as soon as it becomes available to us.

Grateful for the honesty
I contacted a few annulment firms in Nevada. Of the three I called I felt most comfortable with you; I believed you to be the most sincere (honest). You didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear just to get my money, I believed you were very honest. Bottom line is that you under promised and over performed. My annulment took less than two weeks and no false promises were made; all performance was better than expected. Thanks very much for your honesty and performance.”

Thankful for a Second Chance to Rebuild Personal Life

Recently I decided to entrust my stressful, life-changing international marriage problem with Attorney James Smith’s professed claims of 99% success if he decided to take my case. I asked myself how can such a potentially complicated process be met with such high confidence. Professional NBA basketball stars train for years to approach 70% free throw percentage. A few elite players like Kobe and Curry have briskly touched in the 90% range. What this firm did with my case is nothing short of a miracle. While I believed in my case for an annulment, my own delays were affecting my case credibility. The team here diligently worked with me to transform my thoughts into an arsenal of sharply-worded arguments that became the crux of my case. Their turn-around time was swift, with the judge’s decisive approval stamps on my papers, less than two weeks later. The emotional tension on my side was alleviated by the professionalism, patience and compassion from the staff as well as the attorney on my case, James E. Smith. Please rest assured that this team will work hard for you. The 99% claim from them just got a little closer to 100% in my case, as I was blessed with a second chance to rebuild my personal life. My new joy is priceless.
Sincerely

Matt Anderson
